About Secretary Volunteer Fire Company

Since 1937, the Secretary Volunteer Fire Company has proudly served the Town of Secretary and the surrounding communities with a commitment to protecting lives, preserving property, and serving our neighbors whenever they need us most.

For nearly 90 years, our volunteers have answered the call—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—providing fire suppression, emergency medical services, rescue operations, hazardous materials response, public assistance, and mutual aid throughout Dorchester County and neighboring jurisdictions. Every response is driven by one purpose: delivering professional, compassionate service when seconds matter.
