| Supporting your local volunteer fire company is now as simple as donating a book. The Secretary Volunteer Fire Company is excited to announce the addition of a BookDrop.com donation bin at our station, providing community members with an easy way to give back while decluttering their homes. Residents are invited to donate gently used books by placing them in the designated BookDrop bin located outside the fire station. Through this partnership, a portion of the proceeds generated from the donated books is returned directly to Secretary Volunteer Fire Company, helping support our mission of protecting and serving the community. Funds raised through the program help offset the costs of emergency response equipment, firefighter and EMS training, station improvements, and other essential resources that allow our volunteers to continue providing quality emergency services. "This is a simple way for our community to make a meaningful impact," said the company. "Whether you're cleaning out your bookshelves or looking for a way to support your local volunteers, every donated book helps us continue serving Secretary and the surrounding communities." The BookDrop donation bin is available year-round and can be found at: Secretary Volunteer Fire Company The Secretary Volunteer Fire Company sincerely thanks our community for its continued generosity and support. Together, we can turn used books into valuable resources that help keep our community safe. Donate a book. Support your local volunteers. Make a difference. 🚒📚❤️ |
